BOV problem

I just installed a hks bov and dejon charge pipes with the MAS reloction flange. put it all on, adjusted my vacuum hoses to skuruc's dejon piping install thread. My problem is i boost a couple times normal and then it only starts boosting 3 psi. I am not tuned. thinking about getting one. I also dont have a block off plate. Help me out please.

You did a MAF relocate without a tune?

Either go back to your stock charge pipe, or get a tune immediately! You can not relocate the MAF without tunning for it.

i have a 2010 cobalt ss t/c. i replaced the factory charge pipe w/ the dejon charge pipe kit w/ the hks bov. since then at random times, vehicle only puts out 3-4 psi... does anybody know what may cause this? if so... what do u suggest. thanks

yea its because you are blowing off metered air out the window.lol i started off that same way when i didnt no much but either get a tune and fix the maf or relocated and tune like most are doing when they run bov. until then if you still want to have the hks, t the hks into the top of the intake manifold and leave the stock bpv hooked up the same way. now you have two.
