BOV for SC
OK I know that you can throw a bov on a sc car by hooking it up in conjunction with the bypass valve...but im not sure on the details on how to do this. Im just extremely curious on how this would sound and I just happen to have a hks bov just sittin around. So if anyone out there could help me out in this process a little that would be great.

dude the search button doesnt work that great, it brings up posts that just include the word your looking for, not specifically the topic you want. youl spend more time searchign through the "search" results then you would if you would just ask and get it done. may not be the "right" way but still, welcome to the site man

The bypass is post MAF which means any air that is released through the BOV will cause the car to run very rich resulting in even more problems. Plus the way the car is designed the BOV would be always releasing air except WOT. The car would actually go into limp mode and would not run properly. If it did run all you would hear is air hissing out the BOV until you floored it.

Sounds pretty gay to me, plus why would you want a BOV for a sc (unless centrfugal). I'd perfer a whine over a bov and day. Plus theres nothing wrong with the by pass system this car has.
