Basically John & I are doing some basic mods to the 09 Turbo Balt. We have the surge valve bypass mod to run a Greddy & Intercooler piping. Do you use the line for the map area to the surge valve as a vacuum source? Anyways, chime in to let me/us know how to did your bov conversion, Thanks.

Thanks for the Help guys & we did it. Sounds like a jet with a turkey gobbler!!!

Used the Dejon surge valve reroute to bypass factory surge valve. Used factory surge valve line to BOV. Had to adjust the Bov to get it right, took 3 attempts. MONEY!!!

Who's downpipe did you guys go with?

 

MPX 3" with no cat. Has 2 extra 02 & 1/8npt bungs for the pyrometer/wideban gauges if you so incline.

 

Ya been looking to get a downpipe can't figure out which one i want to get.

 

if you get this, don't forget to upgrade to T bolts. Tomorrow, we'll be upgrading those worm gear intercooler hose clamp. It spike 24-25psi hold 22-23psi, needs to be tuned. We installed a set of NGK Iridiums at .035 when we did all these mods. I'm finishing up the video of the test. The car ******* screams, sounds pissed off. We spent about 4-5 hours taking our time, but it was a sucess. Bov took about 10-15minutes to dial it in. But dyno time to be square is coming.

Can't go wrong with the MPX, went in like a glove. 22mm on the 02, 15mm on the 4 studs.
