Got this from David at Bullseye Power. stock B16A engine with springs and retainers. 17psi on 93 octane. 62mm turbo.
Blue line-Cast 7 blade wheel-378whp
Red line-Billet 6 blade wheel-383whp, a 5whp increase in peak over cast but look at over all curve
Green line-BatMoWheel 6 blade wheel-440whp, a 62whp increase over cast!!!.
Just a wheel upgrade for 57 more horsepower than a billet wheel. and look at all the available power under the curve. thats on only 17psi. not even pushing the 62mm turbo. imagine the increase in power and area under the curve at 25+psi
Bullseye just released these new wheels which are proving to be a HUGE upgrade for even billet/ballbearing compressor wheels and housings. with numbers improving through out the entire rpm range and building boost faster.

regular Billet 6 blade wheel from Bullseye Power

new BatMoWheel from Bullseye Power

please note. these are not the same size wheels though. the billet 6blade is actually a picture from my build and the batmowheel is for a holset hx40

on my car no. but when ryan was running the same turbo on his car he had the cast wheel. so between our cars yes, slightly
ryans car:
ported head
race gas
20psi
s262 cast wheel
think it was a little over 490whp.
my car:
unported head
91octane
20psi
s262 billet wheel
443whp
ryans car:
ported head
race gas
20psi
s262 cast wheel
think it was a little over 490whp.
my car:
unported head
91octane
20psi
s262 billet wheel
443whp

my engine is his old one... but youre right its not a 100% comparison. but still, ONLY 50whp more by going racegas and a ported head. on the same psi... come on now... tell me that has nothing to do with the difference in wheels.

oh and iirc we did do a race gas pull on 20psi and hit around 505-510 i think. i don't have the sheet. but still. tell me the difference isn't in the wheel when a car on race gas and a ported head does 490 on a cast wheel. and a car on an unported head and 91 does 443 on a billet wheel.
hahahahah gtfo.
