Noted

The high hilex rotors are twisted 120* as compared to the 60* on the m62, were as the tvs is 4 lobes at 160*. Just for comparison sake

its the extra lobe that makes the key differance.

the extra twist angle is a plus, but not as key.

Thanks for the great info....always one to help! And I was talking about putting h62 style rotors in an m62.

so ihave been reading you guys bat back and forth haha so what did we come to..... is this other blower better? or can we put different rotors in our blowers?

yes, its better, but barely. Its not worth the price for most, especially with the release of the TVS. You can swap the rotors from the H62 into the M62, but good luck finding H62 rotors.... Only 7 were made and were recalled by eaton, so there really arent any out there

they wouldnt have replacement parts for them because no one has one that would need them....

Yes, the H62 is better than the m62, but not better than the TVS. It was a more efficent version of the m62. I have not been able to find one, but with the TVS out and at a decent price, I will be going that route. I would suggest to anyone that plans to upgrade their blower to just go with the TVS. I looked into new rotos for the M62, but they would cost more than the TVS. So in short, the TVS is the best way to go.
