Edubs Turbo Build Complete! NO*56*NO
Myself and Ryan, the owner of RD Fabs, decided it was time to convert my car to turbo, so we set out on a winter project. Fortunate for me, he just became partner in a company called The Turbo Shop that specializes in turbo sales, service and rebuilding. My car was going to be stored for the winter at his shop anyways, so we took the project slow while he custom fabricated every piece by hand out of type 304 stainless. That includes both the intake and turbo manifolds. Well, not really the turbo manifold, that was made heavy duty out of Sched 10. Here's the general info:
Garret GT3071R w/ a free float .63A/R turbine housing
Tial 38mm Wastegate
Forge BPV
FMIC (28X8X3.5)
HD Turbo Manifold
Riding on a 1 bar spring while I learn how to tune and mess around with it. I will eventually bump up to ~22-23psi once I get the hang of it and get my LC-1 hooked up to HPT Pro. The only thing I still need to get pictures of is the mounted turbo/dump underneath. The car sits two hours away and I'll be picking it up next weekend. Unfortunately, we finished too late yesterday and as my wife put it to 06Black last night, her lame ass can't make that drive in the dark. After being w/o my car for 6 months, driving home without it even though it ran was a very hard thing to do last night, but it's better than watching my wife drive her TBSS into a tree...

If you even think about mentioning how dirty my car is, I will e-kick you in the nuts...
...If you love dogs, I'm sure you spotted our pup in the back of Katie's TBSS!
Only decent video I have from the initial start up and drive. I love my wife to death, but sometimes she is not the best videographer...
P.S. - Thanks to Paul(JohnnySasakiMGS) and Nick(Rollover360) for coming all the way out to the shop to check out the build. Big thanks to Bryan for help w/ the tuning...

Thanks!
Still working on tuning. I don't expect to try for numbers for a month or so. At ~22-23psi, I should be able to tweak out 400whp somewhat safely. It'll take a lot of work, though...
Thanks a lot!

I'll be fabricating a tank for the trunk to run both meth and and the stock washer pump. Right now, I'm using rain-x...
Thanks!
I appreciate it!
Let me guess, you don't need me to send it with the turbo four, though...
