evan's m62 thread

So I have been here some time dont post often but I have bought many parts from users so I figured I would show what I have.

2004 Chevy Cavalier
Sunburst Orange
2.2L L61 I4 Engine
Automatic Transmission

Factory Options:

14" Steel Wheels
Side Moldings
Rear Spoiler
Front Mud Guards

Exterior Mods:
RKSport lip kit (front is broken and has been removed from car)
Toyo Tails
Supercharged badge off a buick
Retrofit projector headlamps, 6k hids, Blue cfl angle eyes, 10 color back lighting
Z24 16in rims on BFG Traction T/A

Interior Mods:

Glow Shift 3-Pod A-Pillar Gauge Pod
Trans Temp Gauge
Boost/Vacuum Gauge
Oil psi Gauge
Knewood head unit

Performance Mods:
M62 Supercharger
LSJ injectors
Smoothflow 3.2" Pulley
Lightning Heat Exchanger
Modified Intake with Spectre air filter (AEM cai will be used after battery moved to trunk)
GMPP reflash
2.25" Exhaust System Magnaflow Mufflers

Some of the parts when I bought my kit.

Striped the paint and repainted s/c

All the parts ready for install

Intake manifold removed

Bumper off about to install the heat exchanger

H/E installed

Intake manifold installed.

All installed

I need to relocate battery to trunk to run a intake or find an elbow.

The last owner of the s/c ran meth through it and the rotors are in bad shape they make noise and im hitting 7-8 psi on the 3.2 pulley. Im working on getting another s/c and using a 3.1 pulley the smallest I can run on the GM reflash with out going too lean.

Dual pass hose rubbed through the cooling fan so i will be replacing the hose and removing the single fan and replacing it with two 12in low profile cooling fans

I also have an adapter to run a LS1 throttle body just need to find a t/b now.

Future plans also include a tune, built engine and trans, 2.8 pulley, and long down the road maybe a TSV.

Thanks for looking tell me what you think.
