Fc3s/fd3s Turbo?

I found a really good deal on a brand new fc3s/fd3s turbo. It's a 60 trim and was designed for rx-7's and mitsubishi 4 and 6 cylinder motors. Standard t4 flange and it says 60 a/r on the housing but on the exhaust housing it says A/R 1.15 That's not 115 mm is it? It would be absolutely huge if that was the case.
This is what it says on one web site "It is a perfect fit to the Mazda rotary motors. Larger Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, 4 and 6 cylinders seeking 475HP+ with very fast spool. This combination of AR (Hot/Cold) results in a quick spooling turbo for the Mazda motors."

Inlet (exducer/hot side) T-4 Flange 70.1mm x 82.55mm (2.76” x3.25”)

Outlet (exducer/hot side) Sized for press fit or weld in V-Band adaptor

Inlet (compressor/cold side) Ø 76mm (3”)

Outlet (compressor/cold side) Ø 52mm (2”)

Exducer A/R 1.15 (sized for Mazda rotary motors)

Compressor Style 0.60

Bearing Type plain

The turbo I have right now is .70 a/r and doesnt spool... like ever lol Will this work better for me? I'm still kicking around the twin charge deal but might just run this turbo if it will work better for me

1.15 a/r will spool later than a 0.60 a/r housing.

The turbo i'm running now is 70 a/r...

Could I get a different hot side housing for it and just swap them out?
I don't know if I can tho with this turbo being a "big shaft" I'm not even sure what that means.
It was a mistake to even buy the thing

no. it means the area of the exhaust housing. the larger the number the more area the housing has which means the bigger it is.
