hahn turbo system question

Hey guys quick question for you all. I currently am running a 2005 Cobalt SS/SC with a injen CAI. Now i have been reading up a little on the Hahn turbo system for these cars. Just wondering who of you out there have it and wondering if its really safe on stock internals. This car is my daily driver so i dont want to mess it up to bad. My warranty expires soon and when it does its time for some power. So im wondering have any of you had problems after installing of this? Im want to be putting down in the 300-350 area. What are some recommended upgrades to run this? or can i truly run it on an otherwise bone stock car? Thank you for your help in this

A good set of pistons and you will be safe. The pistons are the weakest point in the lsj.

And clutch.LOL

Stage 1 is just the turbo, oil lines, and the exhaust manifold.

If you're the SC, you need the whole kit because of the SC delete.

400 hp has been achieved on the lsj several times using this kit, but it's all custom tuning from there on.

i believe the stage kits would all provide similar power (not positive). The higher stages just have more parts...STG V being a complete kit and STG II just including the necessitys so you can build the rest yourself.

also, if your only looking for 300-350whp, you should be fine on stock internals. ive seen 440whp on stock internals hold up fine....though thats pushing it. 350whp is a good 100hp buffer zone...i personally would call it safe
