Question How to launch fast.

Hi i am purchasing a 2009 Cobalt SS, I am new to the whole shifting thing and i have practiced on my friends cars but i am really intrested in how to shift fast and launch fast. Also i am wanting to knw how to use the no lift shift without messing up my tranny. Also i would like to know how to burn out with a mannual. I have heard to burn out you just rev it up to 4000 rpms and just let the clutch out. is that bad on anything?

hold the gas to the floor and shift extremely fast for no-lift shifting.

I'm just guessing but launch control is probably the way to go unless your really good. Burnout is easy e brake, a few revs, let out the clutch. YOU DON"T NEED TO DO THIS ON STREET TIRES THOUGH. Not shouting just emphasizing that part.

I hope you opted for a no questions asked waranty lol. If you are new to driving stick dont even think about launching or no lift shifting. get used to driving the car first of all and then worry about the rest

2x the above, i've been driving all sizes types makes models of cars since i was 16, with nearly 10 years of driving an no accidents I still will NOT be using launch control or no-lift-shifting till 1-3months after getting used to the car. YOU WILL BREAK YOUR CLUTCH/TRANNY IF YOUR NEWB TO MANUAL AND TRY TO NO-LIFT-SHIFT OR LAUNCH THE CAR
