Ok guys i finally made up my mind i figure i suck at driving stick so trading in for ss/sc next year is out of the question.. Hahn turbo kit is to expensive for me ..so Im gonna buy the Yellowshowboats s/c kit...Im getting a good deal on it and hes giving me like 3-4 weeks to get the money..
I have some questions and hope beck and pjk91will chime in
1) for tuning obvisiouly I need hp tuners
2) I have an automatic will i need tranny cooler
3) whats the safest size pulley to start of with cause my car wont be paid off till springof 2009 ...
4) What's the best boost gauge
5) how many whp with the mods i got with the s/c...
Wish me luck i let you guys know when i purchased it and showboat dont sell it i want it man give me some time i have da cash..the reason im need this time cause im in the process of saving money to move out and im throwing tons of cash towards my car payment so i can paid it off by 2009...I still owe alot of money on the balt thats why i need this time but im seriously interested

1.) Yes, Hptuners is really your only option at this point.
2.) You shouldnt need a tranny cooler the auto tranny is rated for over 300tq.
3.) If you go with a stock sized pulley (3.35") you'll still make over 200whp and it will be pretty safe. However if you want to drop the pulley size i wouldnt go anything smaller than a 3" pulley.
4.) I have an autometer boost gauge and it seems to work fine. If you want something more accurate go with a digital display gauge. Be prepared to spend at least 50 bucks for the bottom of the line (reliable) mechanical boost gauge. Digital gauges are usually over $100.
5.) You're probably looking at around 235whp with your mods, but you'll need a new intake because your 2.4 intake wont work with the supercharger.

I'm not sure where the conclusion that the automatic can take 300 wtq stock came from but I would like to know. I'm running a tranny cooler on mine with 244 wtq. I plan on upping that pretty soon depending on my tuning situation i might go with 10 psi or 12 psi. right now im running 8-9 psi but im turbocharged.
theres no magic number that you need a tranny cooler at, but the cooler your fuild runs the longer the life-time of your tranny.
advise: just spend the 80 bucks and pick one up even for a completely stock auto.
