Got ya. My idea is to run the piping under the car from the turbo to the intercooler. It will still have clearance for the street and it will use a lot less which means faster boosting! You will probably have to make a special j-pipe outlet though for it which wouldn't be too hard at all.

i c what you mean about running it under the car, i have seen a few of them, i forgot who did it, but i remember seeing piping going under...i rather my way for now, i dont wanna have 2 re-think to whole ordeal, lol, besides my filter will sit right where the old air box goes, i have enough room to put my K&n filter right there, and the piping for it will be easy

well guys now i have to go and find a 90*coupler, 2.75"-3" for the throttle body, and another 90* for the j pipe, 2"-2.5" to go into the IC piping, cant find them locally, so ima hit up some sites to find them, prob gon get them from threadstone, theres seem cheaper than the ones i see on ebay

Looks good. I could care less if it was in front of the speedo as long as it's not in front of the tach! I have my wideband mounted in a AEM cup right in the middle.

the only thing setting me back right now is the turbo manifold, i have everything else, once the turbo mani comes in i will be able to make the dp for the car, and run all the lines...do all the taps, than cap them and order the tune, so far i have done alot of the fitting, i try to keep the first post up to date, you can go back and look at it, its up to date as of 5/28...but i am looking into 200+whp range...i will be okay with 210-220, not looking for anymore, def wont take anything lower than 200whp,. i will up the boost until i get what i want

Cool cool. You having the manifold custom made, cause I think I've seen a few vendors have them on their sites. And I will keep a look out for updates. Good luck.

mine can only be gotten in 2 ways, 1 wait for the guy on ebay who custom makes them, or 2, buy it from vulcan turbo, which is what ima do, they make a stainless steel turbo mani with the td05 flange as a option, only thing is they put the flange right in the center, dont really know if that will work out for me yet, might take a closer look and see if i might need to have the f lange moved a bi more to the passenger side to clear room for the dp

yup, but i mean it will be cheaper than buying hahns kit, not that i am bashing them, their kit is great and gives everything you need to run boost...but sets u at about 200whp, im looking for more than that, i mean 3300 for a kit that will bring me to 200whp, or half that with a kit that will bring me to 210-220whp at 1/2 the cost, yeah, u see where i am going...only thing that does sucks is the lack of vendors that make turbo manifolds...makes the ones that do cost alot...

mine is a DD aswell, only car i have, but i am carefully doing everything as it arrives to avoid any down time, i do alot of it on my days off works, and when i get the mani i will have 3 days in a row off to make everything...same when i get the tune,i will have 3 days off work to focus on the car alone

If you need the turbo flange moved to one side or another let us know! we can easily put it in a different location, wont take any longer to ship or cost any extra!

HAHA, well it damn sure looks good, stock gauges compared to this is FTL! They need to be brighter now.... And I'm getting kinda of anxious about this. And I don't understand, so you install stuff on your car and still drive it around correct? Just basically plus the lines and stuff?

i install everything, than take it all off when im done fitting them, i dont keep them on the car, thats rice to have a IC just chilling in the front of the car for no reason, i do all my fitting by taking off and putting back on when im done...yeah im thinking of getting some led's for the cluster, they are nothin compared to the glow of the gauge...
