MAF relocate is not necessary. and if you were to do a maf relocate you absolutely MUST have a tune for it

if i were to do my turbo build all over again i would keep the maf in the stock location and use a bypass valve setup instead of a bov. if you relocate the maf without a tune you will have idle issues. of course you wont get the classic bov vent noise but id rather have a vehicle with a good idle than noise.

so if i get the stock version intercooler kit(i called and asked for charge pipe with no flange instead of the other for the kit. since the option isnt on the site) and decide to get a tune, i can run everything in stock location and itl be all good??

if your getting a tune you can move the maf or keep it in stock location as it wont matter since the tune will compensate for it.
