well now ima say **** that number 2, im getting the HKS one instead, it only has 1 line coming from it, now once more anyone know exactly where those lines need to go for the balt

ok the line at the back of the BOv goes to the intake manifold, got it from hahn kit install intrcutions, now where does the one from the wastegate go? i have seen some turbo have them right at where the piping starts(the piiping that leads to the IC)

i found that pic on ebay, would that work?

"Connect the boost signal line and clamps
between the compressor discharge pipe and the
actuator (trim to length as necessary)."
does that mean to connect the line from the wastegate actuator to the pipe that goes from the turbo to the wastegate?

"Connect the blow off valve and boost signal
lines using the plastic tee supplied with the boost
gauge (Figure 26). Short signal line connects to the
intake manifold, the longer line goes from the tee to
the top of the BOV"
andd i will assume that the line from the BOV goes to the intake manifold, and in that line i can tee it off to go to the boost gauge aswell, wow i figured it out, but if someone wants to chime in and back me up or tell mim wrong please feel free to do so, i got the quated statements fromt he hahn kit installation file

For the turbo discharge DSM's use a J-pipe as it is known. On the J-pipe there is usually a barb for the vacuum line to go to the wastegate just like in the turbo pictures you posted. For the BOV, find a vacuum line other than the wastgates's and just 'T' into it. Easy day! BOV's with two fittings for vacuum lines will only use one or the other depending on how you want to set it up. Some BOV's can be used fro recirculating for MAF based cars so they don't stall, thus the other fitting.

Here is a picture of my old 16g with the J-Pipe. See the little tube on it for the vacuum line. Connect that to the wastegate!

thats man, now i got it all covered than...the BOV can head to the booster line, and the wastegate to the pipe on th j pipe, i think ima need a j pipe anyway b/c of how the turbo will sit in the engine bay its facing straight to the back of the engine, so i need to make it go up, ok i c, man now that i look at this thing, its a f'ing baby...

on further note, where can i find a j pipe? i found one on ebay that came with the little nipple coming fromt the pipe it cost 90+shipping, is that what they usually run for? cuz this one is a 2 piece, its the j pipe, than another bent one that has the nipple thing coming off..is this right? anyone have a link i can buy one from

slowboyracing.com has one, but i cant tell if it comes with the place to connect the wastegate act too
