Question need help with turbo

ok i got my turbo in today, now i need to know which line is what?
i know which one the oul feed is as it is ovious by the flange needed, now which one is the oil return?

i threaded in some fitting that habe nipples at the end of them so i can just clamp on some hoses, well the feed line has 1 end that is directly straight from it, and on each, i dont think it matter which one is the water feed and return, so i dont care about that, if i can figure out which on is the return for the oil im set, now one more thingi wated to try, if i take a bottle of water and pour it down the turbo's oil feed, will the water only come out from the oil return spot? im assuming yes cuz im sure it wouldnt mix with the coolant anyway, just wanna see if im right b4 i do it, cuz that will be a easy way of finding out, i can just tip the turbo over and see which hole it comes from

Stop making new threads for every question! Just put them in your build thread.

The side with the flange is the oil drain, not the feed. Just opposite is the oil feed. The coolant lines are separate from the oil ones. They will not mix as that would be bad.

look up the garrett cobalt turbo kit install manual...it'll give you a rather good reference of where stuff goes.

However, you can do what I do.....start screwing **** in until it looks right.

i have the garrett install pdf file saved on my comp, i use is for refrence on everything, but the thing is that they didnt give detail on where the things plug too on the install intrcutions, so i know the general ****, where the tap for oil goes where the feed for coolant goes, same for the return, etc, so yeah it is helpful, to a certain extent
