New type of intake?

I want to get an intake for my ss but i dont wanna go through the hassle of taking the inner fender and tire off.

Are there any other companys that make an intake that can possibly run through a different kind of setup like using the areas below the front grill? or would i have to self modify somthing like that cause i dont like the way the intake runs into the fender cause its a bitch to change the filter or do anything with it

You don't really need to take the fender and wheel off... Those are only necessary to make the install process easier. Once installed you can jack the car up a little bit and fold down the splash guard and take the filter off that way

not only would it be easier, it may possess gains, me and my buddy with a RL are considering a RAM-Air type deal on his Redline, although the intake is setup different.

back on topic, an intake that would go down almost behind the foglight or something would help im sure, but then you have to take the foglight out, and it would look like ****!, im just going to stick with it in the stock location.
