Whats the story on the GTO. When you going to have that retuned? Did you change valve springs on it yet? You need to catch up to Duttweiler.

I just need to relocate the IAT and than im ready to get the retune. Greg talked to his friend that tunes and runs a dyno up in L.A so we might head up there this coming weekend. Than hopefully I should be up there with Duttweiler Yeah I changed the valve springs awhile back so no more valve float. I'm getting a solid 10psi now and the cars pulls hard all the way to 7K.

All new black anodized aluminum tank straps included with each kit now!!! This replaces the previously supplied adjustable rubber straps which were included with each system.

and quality wise, this kit really does appear to be the top of the line.

but its tough to drop 600 beans on it.

Have you guys considered doing a group buy ?

In short yes, mounting a single nozzle just before the throttle body is one of the most popular locations as it is very effective here. You'll receive great cylinder cooling as well as intake charge air cooling.

For the best performance we suggest running a staggered nozzle system. Click on the link below to find out more about this and why. If you have any questions email me at rodney@alcoholinjectionsystems.com

Thank you very much for answering my question quick

I loved the direct injection also.. I am kind of confused on the staggered style, i read it but a tad confused.. It does say the one nozzle is post throttle body which i get, but the other nozzle goes where??

also how do these nozzles hook in, drill hole in pipe then stick the nozzle in?? is there a nut on the other side that holds the nozzle together??

With staggered injection (primarily only used on turbochargers or high boost centrifugal applications) we will place one nozzle before the compressor inlet and one nozzle just before the throttle body.

7. Staggered Injection

Staggered injection involves combining pre-compressor injection with an additional secondary nozzle positioned further down the turbocharger or centrifugal supercharger, such as pre-throttle body/carburetor injection. By combining pre-compressor injection with pre-throttle body injection, were able to improve the efficiency of the compressor while dramatically reducing air charge temperatures at the compressor and again at the intake for a combined synergistic effect. Furthermore, the secondary nozzle provides the necessary cylinder cooling, detonation control, and reduced EGT's which the pre-turbocharger nozzles does not.

As for mounting the nozzle. You will drill and tap the hole where the nozzle is to be located. The nozzle then threads in from the outside. We do not use inside thread nozzles as these can come loose and pass through the motor causing damage. Since this is a NPT style thread the nozzle will self tighten and seal.

Here's another pictures showing our nozzle mounted.

oo i see it, where the air filter and pipe would hook to, then it would pull the spray into the compressor housing.. got ya..

only thing that scares me if i think the sensor is right after the inlet which is attached to the charge piping.. its hard to say in that picture, but couldnt there be a side effect to that.. i dont have any decent images of hahns kit..

EDIT: nvm, its on the intake piping near the inlet, the spray would be going into the compressor and away from the sensor, just found a pic

Perfect! I was going to say I imagine they are running the mass air meter in a draw through fashion still. I wouldn't imagine they would switch over to a blow through.

i really like the stage 1 kit as that would perfect for my needs.. whats the price plus the stainless hose kit.. also noticed the dual nozzle attachment, wondering why needed 2 instead of one in same place?? more even flow down the tubing? how much is the staggered stage 1 kit.. or is it just a different hose kit??

which kit is best for me. i like the boost activated which is plenty good for me, plus the stainless hose kit. whats the price range for staggered with stainless hose

Normal price on the Stage 1 trunk Mount would be $369.99

Normal price on the single nozzle stainless steel hose assembly is $109.99

Normal price on the dual nozzle stainless steel hose assembly is $59.99

We have had several members inquire about a GP. If your interested in purchasing a system you may want to wait as a GP may be put together here shortly.

Your price on 6 or more would be...

AIS Stage 2 Trunk Mount $520.00

AIS Stage 1 Trunk Mount $309.99

AIS Stainless Steel Hose Kit $69.99

AIS Stainless Steel Dual Nozzle Kit $39.99

Let me know if you have any other questions or how we can help.
