i really dont know if this is what your really suppose to do but it worked for me. i took out my oil dip stick. wrapped a cloth around a pry bar and placed it where the dip stick went into the oil pan. then i took a hammer and hammered the **** out of it. afterwards i was able to go back underneath the car where the oil pan was nice and lose and took it right off.

Make SURE all the bolts are out... like 110 percent. The two trans bolts... the bolt hidden up in the A/C mount point... etc.

There is a notch on the passenger side, between the pan and the block (iirc, there's another one somewhere else too)... stick a pry bar or STONG screwdriver in there and pry it off CAREFULLY... you don't want to break anything.

You DID drain the oil first, right?

I do not recommend this method.

I took a rubber mallet or w/e and tapped around it then took a crowbar and leveraged on the back of it and it popped off, if it's the first time off it's a real pita i'll tell ya that lmao but it's easy

You have to take out the lower A/C bolt, as well... iirc.
