throttle body for supercharger

So I've been doing some research and am still confused. I'm getting a TVS blower and right now I upgraded my 2.2 tb to the 2.4 can I use either of these on the blower or do I need an LS4? Also if I do go with the 2.4 TB can I use 80 lb injectors since more air needs more fuel?

You can use any tb you want to but it's gonna be restrictive unless you run the LS4. The LSJ is the next best thing but is still gonna be smaller than the inlet on the TVS. You can run the 80# injectors regardless of what tb you run but you may be able to get away with 60's depending on which you choose and what pulley you run.

Wiki'n the LS4 engine, it is a 5.3 V8 and it was in the '06-'09 Impala SS. However, I noticed TWO different part numbers when searching for this TB for my cobalt!

My dilemna; an 08-09 Impala SS (LS4) is AC Delco #217-3107 and GM #12631016. It is a "discontinued part #" due to Pontiac's bankruptcy, and is being sold for cheap @ rockauto!!

Whereas the 06-07 Impala SS (LS4 as well) TB, is AC Delco #217-2296 and GM #12568580 is $60 more on the same site. WTF? variying part #s on LS4 TBs. Depends on the year. When I loaded both from rockauto into the shopping cart, it said they both fit the '08 Grand Prix GXP. So... it is the same TB with different part #s?

My question is, did they make any changes to the TB and which one should I grab? seems they are both for the 5.3 LS4, I'm afraid of it not being plug-and-play with a different harness or whatnot... Guess I could always lie and say I have an '08 GXP and say it doesn't fit properly

Some1 let me know what year of the LS4, and for what car, the TB for our cobalts is from, I'd like to save $60 if I can that'll net me a free TB spacer and save me some dremel time!
