depends what car. bov spring is determined by vac at idle..

I just ordered a black one 6psi spring given the info by someone who says it helps get rid of the flutter that they were having issues with but we will see i wanna say I have the yellow one also already in it and it will barely open at all

I saw on ZZP's webpage thats what they recommend for the LNF but I talked to someone and they said that they were having issues with it not opening all the way without any spacers or anything in it

You should be referring to what the car pulls at idle on a vac gauge in in/hg. See here:

That reminds me I'm an lsj going turbo and have the tial 38mm waste gate what color. spring do i use for it ?

Black spring cut in half. Tuned for being open at idle, and snaps shut with any change/opens with slightest drop in vaccum. Perfect lol.
