ok guys is it true that if a guy has a 2.5 pulley and i have a 2.7 pulley i can still beat him based on my cooling mods because a guy was like oh my car is so much better than yours

guys with a 2.6 have made more power than on a 2.5, its just very inefficent. Most people don't go below a 2.7 for that very reason, unless you are running meth you are going to face serious heat issues.

i'm running a 2.8" u think a 2.6" would be benificial with meth, cobra h/e, and wicked'd tooned?

It could help, you would be better served by upping the meth mixture and adding timing. If you can't add any more and still gain power, yet you aren't seeing knock, then drop to a 2.7.
