basic drawing on how i plan on routing the pipin for the turbo

now since nobody did anything to help exceptt say to search which i did b4 my thread, and after it, i decided to go out side, look at everything, look where i room to route the piping thru and came up with this basic sketch of it, i used MS paint, so any of the bends that are sharp will be mendrel , also the way i put the MAF and BOV, would that setup work? BOV closer to the TB, and MAF further, also on the piping after the Ic i found that theres is a small hole inbetween the lower radiatior hose i which i can route the pipe upwards...

 

Wow sombody has way to much time on their hand. LOL Are you sure that item #2 will not bump into anything coming up and over like that?

Do Not Put The Maf Before The Bov. You Do Not Want To Blowoff Metered Air!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

so which goes closer to the TB, the MAF or the BOV? also link to your build i have seen alot of build thread, and noen gave a adaquete discricption or picture of pipe routing

 

go the the advanced mods section and hit mike25's build thread....the maf goes closer to the tb....put the bov in the piping that goes from your turbo compressor to your intercooler

 

ok than, bov in the pipe from turbo->intercooler, got it, and maf on the cold side of the intercooler

 

the Bov can go anywhere between the turbo and the maf. so in order 1.turbo 2.bov 3. maf 4.tb

 

^^^thanks for the info, i ordered my intercooler yesterday, gunna go on ebay and order the piping kit for it right now...

got the same one you did, but mine will say cobaltss.net across it

 

you going to custom spray it or is treadstone doing it for you?

 

im goign to custom spray it

also gunna sand/grind the end tanks and do the in metallic silver instead of the chrome look
