Turbo Build Questions

Alright im going to be installing a turbo kit on my car

Its a 2010 ss/tc

Kit includes
Werks 5557 turbo
Werks turbo manifold
Dump tube
38mm Wastegate
Turbosmart mechanical boost controller
ZZP Intercooler
Dejon hotside cp

Question is what intake/lower cp and bov to buy. It does not come with these parts im having trouble debating which ones to buy. Also with the bov should i relocate the bov to the lower cp or no. Once i receive all the parts ill start a build thread with pictures.

Well you could just use your current intake for now and just keep the boost low because the plastic wont hold up to alot of pressure. I would say use ZZP charge tubes and intercooler
Cobalt & Ion ---> ZZ Performance
The intake I am running is one they also offer but the TTR intake is just a little more. I am pretty sure it would work with your car.
Cobalt & Ion ---> ZZ Performance
you might need a new down pipe also to bolt up to the turbo unless you have someone who can modify what you already have. My BOV is just off my intercooler on the CP. You might want to think of upgrading injectora also, I have a set of siemens 60lb and the harness with correct plugs for injector that I took off because I went up to 80s. I am currently making 461whp at 23psi. If you want injectors Ill sell injectors to you for 125 and 15 for harness

LOL yeah then your intake would work great and you could upgrade later if you want its cast aluminum. ZZP does have a bad ass intercooler and charge pipe kit for the LNF also I plan on upgrading to that one when I am needing a little more power.

Ok sweet well if you want to upgrade injectors let me know, I got them from ZZP. I think you could probably get a good deal on the cold side CT from backyard turbo or ZZP. All my parts are from ZZP they have a really good 50mm BOV this is what mine sounds like
YouTube - 398whp Cobalt SS Twincharged

and here is an image with the BOV location on there CTs

I will be getting my hands on there intercooler, CTs and there AFC (to boost MAF readings) this summer and hopefully hit over 500 at 23psi
