well today was a bad day... my bov took a **** on me... thats why i thought i wasnt getting a gud vaccum... another 200 bucks spent on bullshit

 

if you look right above the throttle body you will see a vacuum line that goes towards the driver side of the engine. thats where my boost gauge and BOV is t'd off.

how did your BOV take a **** on you?

 

i honestly dont no... wen i put the kit in i never realy heard the bov cuz i was running open d/p.. so i after i got the exhaust dun i heard the compressor surge so i experimented with the vacuum lines a bit and nothing so i bought the new hks sqv 3 and it worked like a charm gettting tuned tomorrow guys!!!

overkill??? i used my hammer drill to tighten the thing down, finally got around to gettin some super ultra hold hair spray. ill let my wife use the left overs. i think shes runnin low anyways lol.

 

Nothing is overkill, its all in the effort and just going that one further step to make sure its good and tight never harms anything. Thats what i try to do with my car, thats kinda why its still not done. I hate to rush ****.

 

my car is a damn money pit, i get one thing fixed and somethin else goes wrong. i found my exhaust leak which was killin my boost. my gaskets that goes between the turbo and manifold is fucked up
