OK so say I have and S/C and a turbo does it matter if intake air goes into one compressor or the other first.


Does it matter?

Air>S/C>Turbo>Engine
OR
Air>Turbo>S/C>Engine

Also if inter cooler is after or actually between the the two FI devices.

I have heard different things and just want to get a quick answer if one is available.

what style of supercharger it is? if it is like the one on the cobalt ss/sc you would have to go through the turbo then to intercooler then to the super charger.

 

The air flow would be as follows. Ambient, filter, turbo, intercooler, super, aftercooler, intake, engine, exhaust, turbo, cat, muffler, ambient.

Depends, but in most cases yes it would.

This is assuming your using a roots or worm style super. If you put the super before the turbo, you loose a really big benifit, which is having the super help spool up the turbo. So just go with what Halfcent said.
