Water Cooled Turbo Question

So I am planning to Turbo the cobalt this summer and I was looking at an Oil & Water cooled turbo. I know that the Garrett Alpha turbo kit for our cars taps into the heater core inlet line to feed coolant to the turbo, but where do I rout the water return to? My first guess would be either the heater core return or the coolant tank but I'm not sure, any ideas or information would be great
