what turbo shall i choose?

alright here's my predicament. I'm a build 2.2 turbo. currently running a k04 with a zzp manifold. The manifold is cracked to ****, had no money and was forced to put back on after rebuild. The plan is to run this setup on 25 psi with llots of timing via James rakes. over winter i wanna get new turbo setup. new zzp manifold, turbo? s256? turbonetics 60mm? wastegate? looking to be 400whp and call it a day. lat the fun begin:

think the S252et would net u 400whp and give u a near stock powerband, the 256et would do the same with room for more boost if you choose so in the future, i have the PTE5857 PTE now makes a 5858, but i think the 5557 would be the equivalent to the S252et, lots of options for your goal even a BNR would do you justice all in your choice and how u want your car setup AND driving habits.

How hard do you wanna push the car Cody?

I would suggest the 52mm. You can't really compare the s252 to the 5557 3mm is a big difference.

You just threw a lot of numbers at him that I'm almost sure he doesn't understand.

BNR I wouldn't go for you would need really high boost to make it to the 400's. Close to 30psi I would imagine on those heads.

People can change their driving habits depending on setup thats not a big deal
