who is turbo charged?
but i hear that the stock SC is already at max and can't go past 12lbs. and for a car pushin 12lbs and only making 205. that really sucks, i think. but 12 lbs on a turbo will add about 100hp above non-turbo motor. cause for ever lbs of boost adds about 10hp.

you hear wrong ... it can go past 12 I think clownhair and others are running around 17 with a 2.85 pully ....as for "only making 205" the SS/SC is very underrated ... most put down around 210-220 at the wheels which means brake horsepwer should be in the range of 240
i run at 12.12lbs/HP while the cobalts run at 14.7lbs/HP and the SRT-4 runs at 12.4LBS/HP. therefor the SRT-4 and the SRT-4 run as fast as i do and can keep up with me. i also run about 100HP more than the SRT-4 and yet they are just as fast. gut out a cobalt and run it a lil higher boost and push about 300hp at the motor and you'll probably be making about 10LBS/HP. and thats pretty good. it's about weight to power ratio more than brute HP the neons with stage 3 upgrades run at a 330HP putting it at about 8.5LBS/HP which is fast. i like to figure things out by power to weight ratio. more than total HP. but high HP is a nice number.
