Just did a 5 hour drive from NY back to Maryland, average speed between 75 & 80mph. I just put in a new clutch yesterday so I didn't get into boost and here is what I got. It was higher when I pulled into my garage...36.6. When I filled up it said my fuel range was 485 miles.

I have seen almost 400 myself once, usually get about 250-300 though with traffic and merging onto 485

+36 for cruises and 21 around the city i dont have to drive much but it kills my DIC avg.
The AVG mpg will always drop that low eventually but im still TRIP'n +80 miles on $12.00 of gas thats a overall good avg of +26.6 ($3.99-$4.06 93 oct. so 3 gallons).

I am sure this has been discussed before but anyone else noticing their LNF pulling anywhere between .5mpg - 2mpg better aggregated fuel economy in weather > 60 degrees F vs weather<60 degrees? I have been driving the same but I am up to 31+mpg/tank since the weather warmed up in Seattle.

I regularly get 30 mpg for my average in my SSSC. The highest I have ever gotten is 38.. that was all highway going 69 mph...

Stay out of the boost, shift at around 3k rpms, easy mpg

me>everyone in this thread.

Granted I have a 2.2, 93 octane HPtuned and bolted but it gets incredible MPG, I also have 40psi tires. This average was on my 30 minutes commute to work, on the way home its about 60% downhill, not a big incline or anything but yesterday I got lucky and only hit 1 stop sign and one red light, as apposed to the 6 lights I pass on the way:

i forgot my wallet at the house, didnt have gas money, low fuel had been on for like 30 miles, so i seriously babied it! and it was 40mph the whole way through

Likely varies from car to car, mine is about 3% happier than it should be but it is consistant.

Driving expressway on my 93 tune I get 32-34 average. My average overall is **** since it's quite easy and tempting to get up to high speeds. It's around 26 average though which isn't awful compared to some of the numbers I've seen on here :P
