So I've had this Cobalt for a little while now and not a single problem from it. Today I was checking the fuses and all of them were good. Put all of them back where they're supposed to go and crank the car back up and my power steering is absolutely non existent... so I open the hood and stupidly pull the power steering relay while car was running and it bogs down bad and says reduced engine power and sputtering. So I cut of off and disconnected negative battery and then reconnected it and now the sputtering issue is fixed.

However my power steering is still gone and those 2 codes p2101 and p1516 came out of nowhere? They're throttle body / actuator related but I never even touched them?

Please help I'm supposed to sell the car this weekend and these damn problems come out of nowhere!
