06 v 07 Steering

K guys right now I have a 06 ss/sc non g85. Ive been going back and forth on a deal on their 07 ss/sc g85 with recaros. But yeah, I had it for the day yesterday and today to drive around while mine has had some warrenty work. Yes, the recaros are awesome and the LSD surprised me more than I thought, it rocks. But this car has a noticably better turning radius than my 06..same size wheels and everything. Does the LSD factor in on this? Letting the outter wheel spin more? Never heard of this diffference on the 07s..Thanks guys.

I don't have LSD (wish I did!) on my 07 and it still turns better than my b/fs 06.

The LSD should have no effect on the turning radius, as it is not what turns the car.

I agree. For a small car the turning radius is surprisingly wide. I think I may have had a better turning radius on my 01 Impala...

That would be nice if they did modify the turning radius . I dont know of any changes like that though . The turning radius is worlds better in my 94 Z28 and my dads 07 Aura . My 05 has the turning radius of old Eldorado barge , lol

Thanks for the replies, I ended up getting the car. I did a drove in a circle at the end of the road and chalked one end of the circle I made. Then with the new one yesterday and I did the same thing and sure enough its almost a foot shorter disance from one side to the other.

My GF's 05 base sedan feels like it has quadra-steer compared to my 06 GT coupe.

Congrats on the new balt. The limited slip and recaro's are so nice.
