yeah, he has twice the power you have. the SS cars are pushing around 420hp. the only thing is they'r every heavy and very restricted. i was told an aftermarket exhaust does wonders for those cars.

but yeah, not suprised he ate you up, lol!

it was all good the guy was pretty cool and got off the same exit as me and talked to me for a little bit. what would you guys think my chances are on a stock v6 new camaro or a charger hemi?

eh I think a V6 would give you a run for your money... or beat you IDK, i raced a 2004 V6 mustang and spanked it in my 2.4 stick, but i know v6's have come a LONG way since 04...

You'd lose in an SS/SC probably but a TC balt should be able to handle those V6's... they make 300 hp but are heavier than an elephant.

With a stock SS/SC you'll probably lose to a V6 maro, but I raced my friends 300C w/ a hemi a few months back when i only had stage 2 and an intake, he was boasting about it's 365 HP he quit boasting when i beat him by three car lengths from a 40.. I'm guessing the camaros and 300's weigh about the same 300 might be a little more though..

the new camaros are pretty overatted in my opinion our cars are just as or even faster than them but dont get me wrong the new camaros are badass

yea there bad ass for sure. i love them. the v6s are wack tho...heavy and slow was my opinion once i knew i could beat them..but for sure am not gona go and mess with an ss. that would be awhole different story lol.

Knock off a good 500lbs and they'd be great cars. As of right now they're overweight pigs... Kinda like the GTO and G8 before it.
