1 window slower than the other

yeah so me and my friends were bored last night and we decided to have window races... ya know see whos window goes up/down faster... and before you start calling me and my friends dumb or lame remember we were extremely high off the reefer and extremely bored so anyways heres what we noticed my pass window is much slower than my drivers id say it ran like a 15.99 and my drivers was on it, it ran like a 13.0 much faster! i dont know if this is because window tint or what but the pass window needs to go on a diet or somthing cuz that fools getting smoked........... is this normal on cobies

I think that if you lay off of that reefer, than it might make realize what's happening...

Im a huge nerd and wondered this when I first bought the car. Since Im an engineer I just HAD to figure it out. The wiring diagram for this shows the switches are in parallel with each other and the driver side is closer to the battery. Youve got about 5 feet of extra wiriing on the passenger side circuit. That extra wire provides a very small voltage drop in the motor. I tested the driver side motor and it was seeing 6.3 volts and the passenger side was seeing 5.9 volts. :-)

If you roll both power windows down at the same time, you'll notice ones slower.......but if you let one of the buttons go, then the other one will speed up. Probably has something to do with the power limitation going to the motors or something.

It's not the wiring. It's 'cause only the driver's side window is supercharged.

Couldn't resist.
