Sorry to hear about the trouble.

This is the vacuum canister/actuator. It's on the supercharger.

Not sure if it will help or not, but you can give it a shot. I know there was a member that moved here from out of state and had to adjust his. Might want to check your vacuum lines also. I know some cars had signifiantly low boost from the dealership and it turned out to be a vaccum line that had gotten disconnected.

Hope that resolves your issues. No Cobalt should go without 12 psi.

Nice cam! i have a cam with .550/.550 int and exh and same size valves in the heads in my IROC...all fuel injected. makes over 550 hp
