Pretty strange!

Were they unable to fix it the previous times or does it keep comming back?

they have no idea, they have change, the struts, springs, suspension plate, steering column, some rubber bushings... they one time blame the brakes, so they change that, also they change the hood latch and still...

Get a lawyer and make them just give you a new car since they can't fix it.. Can you do some sort of lemon law on it or anything like that?

ok,, new problem,, so I took it to the dealer, and apparently ether my mom or my sister run over a bump on the road, or something, that busted the two rear rims and shocks, and scratch the bottom of the car..

so I need to fix them rims, and well at least the warranty will cover the shocks

a little advice

everything will usually come back when it's made in some 3rd world country or Mexico.....regardless of how many times you replace it

upgrade to aftermarket **** if you're concerned with the noise

It's your sway bar endlinks. Guarantee it. Remove them, drive for a week, see if sound goes away. Unfortunately you can't keep them off or the sway bar will rotate and knick the control arms, but take BOTH endlinks off and drive for a bit and see if the problem goes away.

Mine did too, it's the joints on the endlinks. Mine would come and go and it sounds awful like something is seriously busted and/or going to fall off the car. Took the end links off, sound never came back no matter waht I tried. Put end links back on and the sound returned IMMEDIATELY.
