Most of that stuff is not streetable - it's meant for drag racing.

wow a lot of good tips and part numbers
stock pistons tested @ 350 hp
stock lsj cams up to 400hp


not bad, read through it tho it is kinda hard to understand which motor they are discussing(no 2.0 specific chapters)

I think it's all about the 2.2 stock ecotec. The LSJ is based of the engine as well. I agree it's vague in parts, but it's definetly a great wealth of information for our engine platform. If it doesn't say LSJ I assume they are talking about the stock 2.2

so true, i like that it details the whole aftermarket, nitrous and all with GM tech info i wish more compaines were doing this years ago

This book is great for trying to build your own high performance vehicle. I would venture to say it is invaluable to those driving the Cobalt. Good find!
