Last night i was getting on the highway, and anyone from new jersey knows how stupid the highway entrances are... they are directly BEFORE the exits, so you have to merge quickly because people are going to get in front of you to make their exit... so it was a little wet, not raining, i merge over at wot from about 20, accelerate to about 40, and when 2nd gear kicks in, i notice i was slowing down... WTF?? i look down and see Low Traction... the exhaust is so loud that i can't hear the tires spinning anymore... anyways, don't know why i felt obligated to share this meaningless story, but there it is..

I did that yesterday in my jetta. I have tiptronic trans so i was in first, no spinning, shifted to second, no spinning, shifted to third, about 3/4 throttle and i started spinning. I was like huh? and i was going about 45mph too lol
