2.2 Tranny problems? Jerking with shift points

I just noticed the other day my gears are shifting hard once in a while like a jerk when it changes gearing. It has 46k miles I always service it ....what could be wrong>?

Good peddle pressure? Might have a leaky master or slave cylinder. Check your clutch fluid level.

Or clutch, throw out bearing wearing.

Maybe its time to change out your transmission fluid.

Mine does it occasionally from a stop, kinda like if you just pop it into drive while sitting in neautral for a few minutes and have the throttle slightly open.

I don't think there is a dip stick for the tranny fluid, the only way to check it is to change it. Its supposed to be good for 100,000 miles anyway.

Check your mounts, too. There's no way in hell they should be worn that early, but you never know. When mounts wear, they allow excessive movement of the tranny / engine, and that could be causing the jerkiness.
