2.2l 2005 Cobalt & $2000 CDN - Where to start?

Okay, so were should I start, Im thinking GMPP Intake with GMPP Exhaust and some suspension work.

Got any suggestions, should I just go with the Intake and do the suspension work, or should I spend the extra dime on getting an exhaust?

Im personally leaning towards the Intake with a nice coil over setup for my suspension.
Im not planning to auto-x, but I would like the car to have ridiculously good handling capabilities without going overboard.

$2000 CDN, so thats like $1999.12 USD, LOL!, im kidding, i wont brag about our awesome dollar gains. But I figure its a good time to buy from US retailers since the exchange will be close to par by now.

Drop me some ideas or suggestions for Coil Over kits, Im leaning towards a Ksport of some sort.

Bump.

Seriously, I'd appreciate some suggestions.

I dont know if I should go GMPP Intake or maybe get a K & N Intake, are the differences negligible?

And also, Im looking for a highly adjustable suspension setup, i'd like to be able to "Rally" my car eventually, I live in winnipeg and we get the shittiest winters and have really crappy potholes, so in the winter I want to be able to adjust my car to a higher than stock ride height. Thats why im looking at the K-sports coil overs offered on cobaltperformanceparts.com, but if anyone else knows any other good brands, please let me know.

I'm not really tuning my car for profiling, Im interested in raw performance in general, looks are second for me right now, after all, its just an LS, so it'd be more sleeper if the suspension is just mad insanely over kill and the exhaust and intake give it an extra little kick to blow past those guys in their civics. LOL.

Plus, Im a noob and I dont have any friends that have done suspension work, so Im not sure where to start when it comes to products.
