2001 chevy cavalier

hey guys my buddy has a 01 cavalier with just an intake and he wants to make it faster it is an automatic and he is not sure of what mods he can do to help him out i figured some of you guys would be able to give me some info i could relay to him thanks guys.

turbo, exhaust, tune, pistons, cams, valves, down pipe...do anything to make it faster just search for cavalier aftermarket parts

Do a search on 2.2 stuff and there will be millions of aftermarket parts for them.

that is the most mixed up list i have ever seen haha.

Id say intake/headers/downpipe/high flow cat/catback exhaust
thats the basics of what you can do to let your engine breath better.

But then again we have the age old question youll have to ask him. What is his goal in power, and what are you willing to spend.

i'm selling my cavy soon and i tell you from my experience he is better of buying a faster car. i spent more then $30g on that car it was still slow as hell even after a turbo kit and nitrous it wasn't as fast my cobalt with stage 2.i post so pics so you can check it out.
