Ok, i just bought a 2005 cobalt 2door...automatic...I like the cobalt, and needed a cheap car, because im getting activated and shipped out anywhere from June 1st to July 15th for the Marines, going to North Carolina then overseas to Iraq. So it'll be easy to pay it off...

ANYWAY...it doesnt have power windows or power locks...i thought i wouldn't mind not having them for a while, but it's getting on my last nerve having to do them manually. I dont know TOO much about cars, but is it possible for me to buy like, new door panels that have the automatic locks and windows, and NOT have to buy new doors completely?? And if so, does anyone know where i could buy some? I'm from Atlanta Georgia...if anyone knows anywhere near me it'd be nice

i would just go to your local dealer and ask for it. Im sure they will install it for you, although it might be pricey

the other way that i know of is that some of the car audio shops can do it as well. Some of my buddies got actuators and stuff installed when they did their alarm

either way.. i think its going to be costly to convert to power locks and windows
