2009 Cobalt SS

Hey just bought my Black/Red 2009 Cobalt SS 3-4 months ago and am now looking to do some mods. I just want to know what parts will give me the most Horsepower and/or make the car look really good. I already have 20% tint all around. I am thinking aboput doing an all black look. I have a few parts on a list give me feedback (good and bad please).
1. Injen Cold Air Intake
2. Hahn 3 inch Catback Exhaust
3. Projector Halo Headlight Black
4.Eibach Lowering Springs

If you have better part ideas let me know. I can only afford around 350 dollars of parts right now
