3 pod pillar, airbag issues?

has anyone heard of any issues with the airbags failing or not working properly after an install of a 3 pod pillar? the companies say for off road use because they want to cover their asses. but has anyone heard of someones airbag getting jacked up and not working right in an accident because of one of these?

the side impact airbags arent located in the pillar...they are located in the headliner. there are no issues with the airbag deploying. only issue i can see is if someone installed something incorrectly or punctured th AB which shouldnt happen since is not near the pilar.

i know the airbag is in the headliner but i wasnt sure if it deployed is their a chance maybe the pillar would get int the way or something. i am just trying to cover all bases here. i am not drilling or cutting anything to mount gauges. a pillar pod is my only option

Like nadg1rl said, it's not an issue, since the AB doesn't interfere with the A-pillar.

Yeah, the 3 pod pillar is in the same exact location as the stock one, and basically attaches the same way, with just a screw... so I don't see how it could interfere.
