AC Condenser replacement

I pulled my radiator out today and my condenser pretty much fell apart in the process but it hasn't sprung a leak. I haven't started re-installing anything yet as I want to replace the condenser now; however, the system is still full. Is there anyway to have the system emptied while the car is in my garage since I can't drive it to a mechanic to properly drain the system?

I don't know of any "at home" drain equipment, might call around to a few mobile mechanics or HVAC companies and see if they'll come to drain the system.

I ended up locating a mobile mechanic and scheduled an appointment. I never considered a mobile mechanic. Hopefully this works out well. I was quoted $120. Way cheaper than putting in my new radiator, getting everything buttoned up, driving somewhere to have the system emptied then pulling it all back apart again.

Nice, glad you were able to find a mobile mechanic. Since you'll have the system down I would recommend replacing all the seals while it's empty if you can (they're pretty cheap on rockauto).
