Ok so my ac/heater is out and i went to go get it checked out and they said that it has to do with the wires. Something is giving it power when it shouldn’t be even when i have it turned off. Do any of y’all know what could be happing?

If you're not familiar with trouble shooting wiring just pay the shop to fix it.

 

If you mean by your ac/heater fan isn't working, could be a bad resistor in the blower housing underneath the dashboard, passenger side.
