A++++ Accident Avoidal

ok, so i have to say, i'm very impressed with the way the 2.2 handled the other night... here's the scenario:

i was coming home from filming a wedding at Anthony's pier 9 in windsor, north windsor, or some **** like that in upstate new york... comin back south on the thru way (back to jersey) there was this tow truck that had all kinds of lights flashing... didn't really think anyting of it, and kept driving... now anyone that knows that area of the thru way, (about 5 or so miles south of the exit 17 toll booth) knows that it's very dark and very twisty... and it was about 1am and i worked all day since 11am... so i'm driving along in the left lane, doing slightly over 80, and all of a sudden i come around a turn and boom, there it is... there was a car that was stopped in the road, about 3/4 of the way into the lane, and only 1/4 on the shoulder... instinct takes over, then i swerve hard into the right lane... there was slow moving traffic, so to avoid rear ending the car in front of me, i had to swerve hard again back into the left lane... was still going a little over 80, no brake... took about 30 seconds for it to register that i almost just crashed into a stopped car going 80+... my heart was slamming my chest for a good 5 minutes...

i was very impressed with the way the car moved, especially at those speeds. now keep in mind this was also not on a straight road, this was on a very twisty road... props to the cobalt... also makes you re-consider what you're doing while you drive... god forbid i was reaching to change a cd, or for my phone...

Good God, man! Good thing you avoided hitting that car... 80-0 in under 1 second. Important thing is, you're fine and dandy. So was this in the middle of a right or left turn? If it was a right turn, I'm VERY impressed.
