aiming stock headlights

aiming stock headlights

hey im not sure where this belongs, but im wondering how you aim the stock headlights. I would like to make my high beams higher because of the back roads i drive on....08 SS BTW..thanks

If you pop the hood I think you can adjust the angle with an allen wrench. I think that's what I did one night and my headlights are parallel to the ground, these are BRIGHT lights now lol. Deer like to walk in the road in NY.

It tells you how to do that in your owners manual (the book in the glove box that says "cobalt" on it).

On top of each light -- look for a round-headed bolt with an allen wrench opening on it.
