Air filter fell off..

So I'm running an airbox mod and my air filter came off at some point in the last couple weeks (i haven't heard anything, no codes thrown, no performance changes that i've felt). I'm pulling the intake piping and checking it when i get off work, will be checking throttle body as well, anything else i should be looking at?

lol, that's a given, I failed pretty bad this time around. Anything else you recommend checking aside from piping and TB?

and this is the exact reason I use the factory air filter in my modified airbox...

No worries of it ever falling off.
