Anybody know NickC84??? Update :)
He was supposed to send me back my spoiler SS/SC since it wasnt what he expected but its been way to long and that scumbag still hasnt sent it or replied to any PM's. And Apparently he tried to sell it. His last activity on here says 11/28/06

That was said on 11/18/06 that he was going to ship it out. Its not 1/3/07.
original deal was to trade his fog lamps for my ss/sc spoiler which we both agreed till his mom said else wise. And yet i was still nice enough guy to say sure he can buy it. But no he tries to **** me over.
So does anybody know him or live close to him? I know he had some stuff for sale so I hope you guys didnt get fucked over like me.

Update: Since everybody seems to be getting screwed around here I am now going to do something about my case. i have printed out every PM that was between the both of us. I have also printed out his thead of trying to sell my spoiler and also his thread of pics of his car with my spoiler on it. I then searched online to find his local police department which seems to be a sheriffs office. (dutchess county).
I will be mailing the office a letter and also notes on every single pm and thread of what happend and how he screwed me over.
JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED

and now does anybody have any suggustions on what I should be tellling the sheriff exactly? He ripped me off this much money. then refused to send me back my spoiler which is vauled at 379 dollars?

Well As I was backing up at my gf's house this morning I backed into her tiberon hitting my rear bumper. I decided I am done modding my car its useless to keep puttin money into it with all my accidents. Sorry I havent got back to you yet. I work 12 hour shifts mon-wed 6pm-6am . Anyways theres a bit of a problem. I decided I am going to need to keep the spoiler since I ruined my other one with a heat gun. It was a real pain in the ass putting the ss one on. I had to screw longer screws into the side tower to keep it stable.. the small ones wouldent stay in. After I screwed them in it was nice and sturdy. My second problem was there wasent any Screws comming out of the ss spoiler like the actual stock ones so I had to screw 4 long ones into the trunk up into the spoiler.....The only thing I diddent like is the side tower trim .. They stick out on the sides even after re mounting them.
So now the problem .... I took my car to a buddy of mine ( has a shop ) and I asked him how to get the foglights out and I guess the bumper needs to be removed He also told me it might void my warranty and break my lease. Those fog lights by the way factory are $128 a peice. make a long story short my mom found out ( my co-signer ) and flipped out saying no and send the spoiler back. I dont want to send it back I did all that hard work on it and it looks good on my car. I know this is kinda fucked up but can I just pay you for the spoiler?

hey i live like umm 5 mins from plesant valley actually my cusion lives in pleasant valley! lol thats werid if u want i can swing by there an see if hes home or what not an ask him whats goin on wit the spoiler/fog light trade... or him buyin ur spoiler.. or w.e agreement you cam to.... it was a confusing little thing to read lol
His mom said no.
Second deal is I was going to sell it to him for like 120 bucks since it was already on his car and that is also including shipping.
he said hes done modding his car cuz of the rear bumber incident cuz he has "bad luck" with his tunning to his car.
he said he would ship it back and reinburst my shipping to him. which i dont even care about. it costed like 9 bucks from usps.
so he actully told me it was boxed up and ready to ship a few months ago. and the kid never sent it. So im guessing my damn spoiler is still on his car.
But if somebody could find out for me that would be flipping awsome and I would deffintly buy you a beer at this years coming 2ed new england cobalt meet lol.
as far as his info goes. I dont care. I would hope somebody would do the same if not worse to me if i was a total scumbag scamming people.
as far as me going on a road trip. that would only equal to a lot of built up anger not just personally against him but I have a complex you could say of how much i hate people who stiff others.Its not even funny how much i hate kids like this punk. Cuz they dont do a damn thing for what they have since they dont derserve anything.
