i hate the dutchess county sheriff lolol... they always bust my ***** for my big spoiler... and an update on the wing... he has yet to be around when i pass but with the snow maybe he ut it away??... idk im still looking everyyy day tho man im tring to help ya out!

Update: Since everybody seems to be getting screwed around here I am now going to do something about my case. i have printed out every PM that was between the both of us. I have also printed out his thead of trying to sell my spoiler and also his thread of pics of his car with my spoiler on it. I then searched online to find his local police department which seems to be a sheriffs office. (dutchess county).
I will be mailing the office a letter and also notes on every single pm and thread of what happend and how he screwed me over.

and now does anybody have any suggustions on what I should be tellling the sheriff exactly? He ripped me off this much money. then refused to send me back my spoiler which is vauled at 379 dollars?

I am interested in what will happen. My thoughts about the PM's bearing any weight, is that they won't have any. PM's can be altered to read whatever you want them to say. Pictures, Phone records or Credit card receipts are another thing entirely. Like I said that is just the way I see it and I am not a lawyer.

You would have to sue him in small claims court in his juristiction. Hopefully he will do the right thing, and give you what is owed. Otherwise....just do what you are doing, and state the facts about what was done, to protect others. Facts only. Avoid libel

What I meant was that a PM can be altered to look like whatever you want it to. I could change a PM from Victory Res SS to say that he likes to pinch his nipples while he makes posts about his build.(true by the way

Ok just for the record i sent Cobalt 30 his spoiler back but would u guys be happy if you got a ss spoiler in the mail in the 3 different pieces?! It was a mis communication i thought the spoiler was still intact... anyway it sat in my garage for a few months...thats what he gets for making me ship back broken spoiler out of my own pocket money

Ok just for the record i sent Cobalt 30 his spoiler back but would u guys be happy if you got a ss spoiler in the mail in the 3 different pieces?! It was a mis communication i thought the spoiler was still intact... anyway it sat in my garage for a few months...thats what he gets for making me ship back broken spoiler out of my own pocket money

It is in 3 sections. But I know for a fact I shipped it together cuz I remember wrapping newspaper around the tower support peices and using scotch tape so the newspaper wouldnt fall off when i put it in the box. (Like slide off from rubbing the sides of the box).
But as long as I get it back I'll be happy cuz i want to buy the CF center peice and put it on my CF trunk
. So if im lucky i'll be the one getting it back in 3 peices to save me time.

I did receive it. And I received it back in 3 pieces and in a lot rougher shape then I sent it out. How ever I did end up selling it on here to someone else for like 50 bucks give or take a little i think.
only reason I got it back is cuz I was going to call his local police department. and by magic i get it 2 weeks later. no shock there
